Walther P38 SVW Mauser 1945 – 3366 – EU DECO

Walter P38 SVW Mauser from 1945 with the serial number 3366. This weapon was produced by the French troops in May 1945 with original German parts because the French did not have good weapons of their own. These weapons are exactly the same as the Waffenamt stamped weapons, which are a lot more expensive and are difficult to obtain. The French-produced weapons can be recognized by a star on the right side of the carriage.

The weapon has no moving parts and the magazine cannot be removed.

This P38 is only supplied to persons in the Netherlands over the age of 18 and comes with an official EU certificate.

This weapon has been disabled in accordance with the new EU regulation 2015/2403, as incorporated into Dutch law on 13 May 2016. Deactivated firearms are classified under Article 18 Exempt Firearms - but it is still a firearm. Anyone 18 years and older can own this freely. Mind you, it is forbidden to carry this weapon in public and to transport it unpackaged.
