Ground Assault Badge (Erdkampfabzeichen der Luftwaffe) by the maker Arno van Wallpach. These pieces were cast and are easily recognizable by the top hole made with a drill. The hook and needle have been repaired, it is impossible to say whether this was done during the war or later.
