Very beautiful cast iron plaque of the Deutschen Reiterjugend with a horse on the front with the German eagle with the swastika underneath. On the back is the text “FÜR VERDIENSTE UM DIE WEHRHAFTE ERTÜCHTIGUNG DER DEUTSCHEN REITERJUGEND” with Adolf Hitler's signature and the SA logo (Sturmabteilung) underneath. The plaque is in very good condition and deep black, which is difficult to photograph. The plaque is approximately 450 grams and approximately 12 cm in diameter.

The “Deutschen Reiterjugend” was part of the Hitler Youth. The Deutschen Reiterjugend was specifically aimed at young people who were interested in horse riding and equestrian sports. It provided equestrian training and activities and was intended to engage young people in National Socialist ideals and the glorification of German equestrianism.
