The NSDAP Dienstauszeichnung 1. Stufe in bronze was an award presented by the National Socialist German Workers' Party (NSDAP). This award was instituted by Adolf Hitler on January 30, 1939, on the occasion of the sixth anniversary of his seizure of power.
The NSDAP Dienstauszeichnung 1. Stufe, also known as the NSDAP service award 1st degree, was intended as recognition for loyal and long-term service to the NSDAP and to the Nazi regime. It was a medal awarded to party members who had been members for at least ten years and had rendered impeccable service to the party during that period.
