SS Gift Plate Julfest 1943 Allach

Very fine porcelain plate in absolute "mint" condition, made by the famous company Allach on the occasion of Julfest 1943 (Christmas) with a diameter of 24,7 cm. The obverse depicts an eagle with an oak leaf sword in its paws, surrounded by the spell “Wirweren uns solange herumschlagen bis unsere verluchten Feinde sich zum Frieden Bequemen“. On the back is the text "Worte Friedrich des Großen aus een Briefe an D”Argens Im Jahre 1758and the SS runes in the middle.
These plates were given by Heinrich Himmler to people who meant something to the SS. This plate comes directly from the family of an SS man who died in the war in the Ukraine and has never been in the possession of a collector.
