Very rare SA dagger (Sturmabteilung Dienstdolch) from the very rare maker NEPTUN (Küpper & Oertling) from Solingen who made only 3000 daggers (rarity scale 9 of 10).
What makes this dagger even more rare is that the dagger and scabbard are marked with the brigade number of brigade 15 “Westholstein” (Br.15) which was based in Itzehoe, and the owner number 36342. The lower cross-guard is marked Nm for Nordmark. The brown color of the sheath has disappeared, but the motto on the blade is beautiful. The handle has suffered a bit and it looks like it has been bitten.
A very desirable dagger for any serious collector of sa daggers and ww2 daggers. Soon for sale on our website.
