Very nice and early NSDAP Parteiabzeichen (membership pin) made by Ferdinand Hoffstätter from Bonn. The pin was made in the period 1920-1932, for the RZM, so it says Ges Gesch on the back and no RZM number yet.
The term “Ges gesch” (Gesetz geschützt) on the pins and badges indicated that the design was legally protected. This meant that its design and use were protected under the laws and regulations of Nazi Germany.
